The devil's mistress called and...

...she wanted to know if I wanted a breakfast burrito from the bestest breakfast burrito place in the world!!!! Who does that? Who offers someone that is trying to be on a diet a burrito? She literally wants me to be "chubby" for the rest of my life!
I said NO! No burrito for me! Are you proud?

Suck it in or stick it out?


Question: When you walk do you hold in your stomach or do you let it all hang out? Over the past year I have noticed that I hold in my stomach A LOT!! I dont know what it is but it's hard for me to let it go when I am walking. Is this the same for everyone? Do my "abs" automatically tighten up when I start walking? I sometimes catch myself holding in my stomach when I sit in a chair or when I am laying down watching t.v. Normal?

Edamame Fun Fact!

When I find anything cool on the net whether it be about food, fashion, people bigger than myself, sports (yeah!) just about anything I will post it up on here.
With that said- I never knew that Edamame was so good for you. I knew it was good to eat minus the soy sauce but look at the nutrition facts <<<<<<>

A new day...a new ME!!!!

Hello and thank you for reading :) I started this online journal (BLOG) because I know a lot of people out there are in the same boat I am in (or at least I like to believe people are). I am currently in a never ending battle to lose some unwanted weight. I have to admit that I am in no way overweight at all when compared to others in the world. I have issues with my weight because I have always been the "skinny" guy so when I packed on a few extra pounds I freaked out. So i started to work out only to quit a few weeks later and then start up again the following week. The new diet always starts Monday (I know you know what I am talking about..go ahead admit it). With my blog I will keep myself (and you if you choose to follow it) updated on my progress, post fun facts, facts about food and I'll even throw in some photos of my progress along the way. Hey I'll even throw in quotes from time to time :)
In case you are wondering how much I weigh and how much I want to lose here you go:
I am a 28 (soon to be 29) mexican-american male 6 feet tall 187.4 pounds with 20.1% body fat. My ideal weight would be 170/175 but I want muscle! So my ultimate goal is to be 180/185 pounds BUT! I want to have 10% body fat or less! Can I do it? What do you think?
