A new day...a new ME!!!!

Hello and thank you for reading :) I started this online journal (BLOG) because I know a lot of people out there are in the same boat I am in (or at least I like to believe people are). I am currently in a never ending battle to lose some unwanted weight. I have to admit that I am in no way overweight at all when compared to others in the world. I have issues with my weight because I have always been the "skinny" guy so when I packed on a few extra pounds I freaked out. So i started to work out only to quit a few weeks later and then start up again the following week. The new diet always starts Monday (I know you know what I am talking about..go ahead admit it). With my blog I will keep myself (and you if you choose to follow it) updated on my progress, post fun facts, facts about food and I'll even throw in some photos of my progress along the way. Hey I'll even throw in quotes from time to time :)
In case you are wondering how much I weigh and how much I want to lose here you go:
I am a 28 (soon to be 29) mexican-american male 6 feet tall 187.4 pounds with 20.1% body fat. My ideal weight would be 170/175 but I want muscle! So my ultimate goal is to be 180/185 pounds BUT! I want to have 10% body fat or less! Can I do it? What do you think?
