Suck it in or stick it out?
Question: When you walk do you hold in your stomach or do you let it all hang out? Over the past year I have noticed that I hold in my stomach A LOT!! I dont know what it is but it's hard for me to let it go when I am walking. Is this the same for everyone? Do my "abs" automatically tighten up when I start walking? I sometimes catch myself holding in my stomach when I sit in a chair or when I am laying down watching t.v. Normal?

First of all, that picture creeps me out. Second, tightening your belly 24/7 definitely has an impact on your beer gut. It's like a mini workout all day long. Now try squeezing your glutes!
