Tips for keeping your breasts perky and firm

1) Keep your weight stable: If you lose weight too fast, you will lose a lot of volume in your breasts. So avoid those crash diets!

Try sleeping on your back: Putting a lot of weight on your breasts is not good for them.

Get a bra that fits!! and actually wear it!!!!! Believe it or not, but most women use the wrong-sized bra!
4)
Keep the breast skin moist You can use natural ointments like hazelnut, rose hips, evening primrose, or mosqueta rose.
